I have to admit I think Easter baskets are way more fun than stockings at Christmas. The reason--you get to see everything all set out and the colors are so much prettier than stuffed in a stocking. So I typically go a little more out for it.
1. Lets talk Easter baskets. I love a traditional basket but this year I decided to have a "dual purpose" basket using these Sunjellies retro baskets. Living in Texas we go to the pool and beach a lot and they are a great size for them to put their swimsuits and sunnies in and carry by themselves. They are also very easy to wash.
These are pretty much always in the basket every year.
3. Unicorn Chalk
Chances are if you have a girl between the ages of 2 and 10 they love unicorns. We have the best time creating pictures on the driveway with chalk and they packaging and design of these are fun and guaranteed to get a squeal.
4. Rifle Paper Apron
The reversible apron provides not 1 but 2 looks. Perfect for baking or using in the garden. The best thing is that they can put it on themselves.
5. Gardening Tools
Keeping with a theme I usually do each year, these gardening tools help promote learning about nature and getting hands on outside. (Target dollar spot)
"Mousie I will Read to you"
I always include a book and this book will pull at your mom heart strings.
7. Maileg Mouse
For the little animal lover, this cute pocket size is sure to come on every adventure.
